Racist waitress. Wouldn't trust someone to take my order and serve me or my child, without tampering with the food, after such a brazen display of ignorance.

First off, I'm big on cleanliness in a restaurant.  So my first impression of Liz's Ham Cafe wasn't the greatest.  There was napkins and straws scattered under tables, and even though there were fourteen people working (front of the house), no one seemed to pay attention to cleaning the floor.  The prices are right, especially for breakfast.  I ordered bacon and eggs which came with hash browns and toast.  And my bf ordered a mushroom and Swiss omelet.  While my eggs tasted great (they tasted as though they were cooked in butter or bacon grease), the inlet fell short.  Evidently someone doesn't know how to cook a fluffy, folded omelet.  It looks sad and flat on the plate.  The pancakes had an off taste, mostly the texture was all wrong.  My bacon was fatty and not crispy, but they did give me four pieces which is more than what you normally get at restaurants. With such good reviews, I expected more.  Maybe my expectations were higher. No frills decor, sub-par coffee.  I had wanted to check this place out since I moved here a couple of years ago.  It will likely be my first and only visit.

Every time I go in I'm treated like family they're always on the ball they make my food the same every time and I love it the waitresses always come back and ask me if I want any coffee even if my coffee cup is full I would give this place of five star rating.
Today our waitress was Olivia a very sweet lady...

Racist place watched us come in and instead of acknowledging us continued to play with napkins how rude just lost money
